HOP Energy Management Team
Michael Anton, President & Chief Executive Officer
Michael is responsible for planning and directing the strategic development for all of HOP Energy’s business units. Michael oversees all aspects related to HOP's residential, commercial and wholesale sales and service operations which includes the HOP Fleet Fueling division. Michael is also actively engaged in HOP's business expansion efforts including acquisitions and new business development.
Richard Nota, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Rick brings extensive corporate finance and risk control and managerial experience to HOP Energy. Rick is responsible for HOP Energy’s finance, banking and risk management functions.
Steve Loizeaux, Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Services
Steve oversees all aspects of HOP Energy’s technical services and communication infrastructure for all of HOP’s operating facilities.
Matthew J. Ryan, Senior Vice President and Director of Product Risk
Matt is responsible for the procurement, management and allocation of HOP’s liquid assets and inventory. Matt functions as HOP’s manager of petroleum contracts and product distribution.
Peter Esposito, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales
Peter is responsible for the growth and development of both the residential and commercial HOP sales divisions, including the fleet fueling segment. Through marketing campaigns and sales force management, Peter will continue to enhance the new customer acquisitions and HVAC installations, as well ensuring that all HOP customers receive the best service available.
Michael N. Cafiero, Vice President of Commercial Sales
Michael is responsible for the development and planning of HOP's sales and marketing initiatives for both the Commercial and Fleet Fueling business plans. Michael's focus is on the growth of the commercial, institutional and industrial marketing throughout the company footprint. HOP Energy’s commercial sales force is committed to building brand name awareness, delivering customer service excellence, while formulating value added benefits for our clients.
Bob Cherico, Vice President of Marketing & Sales
Bob oversees all aspects of the residential sales division, and manages HOP Energy’s marketing and sales programs for both new customer acquisitions and HVAC installations.
John Kuebler, Vice President of Fleet Fueling Services
John is responsible for all aspects of HOP’s fleet fueling division which has grown to become one of the nations largest and best performing fleet fueling operations saving businesses time, money and improving their productivity.
William Weber, Director of Capital Assets
Bill is responsible for all aspects related to safety and compliance of federal and state regulations for HOP’s fleet and facilities. Bill also serves as HOP Energy’s capital asset manager and fleet maintenance supervisor.
Ralph Chetcuti, Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations
Ralph oversees all aspects of programs and policies relating to recruitment, personnel, employee benefits, the company 401(k) plan, payroll and employee relations. He is also responsible for the company's labor relations with the numerous unions who represent many of HOP's employees.
