Massachusetts. We are strategically entering deregulated electric
markets in the Northeast to give our current customers the ability

Elderly Woman Caring For Grandchildren Gets New Heating System From
Automatic TLC
|
|

|
October 31, 2009:
After receiving a no-heat call from 80 year old Patricia Mowell in
Newington, Automatic TLC responded immediately. After inspecting and
evaluating the heating system, it was discovered that it could not
be repaired, and needed to be replaced.
Patricia currently works full time and is caring for two
grandchildren, one of whom is being deployed to Iraq over the next
month, and could not afford a new heating system. Equipment
Specialist Hank Mailhot and Service Manager Reggie Duby discussed
possible options to keep Patricia and her family safe and warm this
winter. They contacted several equipment suppliers and were able to
get the needed boiler, indirect storage tank and oil tank donated.
Automatic TLC’s installers also voluntarily agreed to donate their
time on Saturday.
This is but one story of Automatic TLC giving back to those in need.

Cooking Up Goodwill
|
 |
Recently several HOP
Energy corporate employees took time to help serve Thanksgiving
lunches to senior citizens at a Fairfield County, Connecticut church
that is one of HOP's many commercial accounts. HOP employees worked
along side church members as they served a hearty lunch to senior
citizens who live in the Wilton, Connecticut area. Wilton Baptist
Church has been serving free Thanksgiving lunches to the senior
citizens in the area for 32 years and HOP employees have helped out
by rolling up their sleeves and serving good cheer and good food to
the area's seniors. Pictured above is Peter Esposito, HOP's Senior
VP of Marketing & Sales. |

HOP Energy on the Homefront
|
 |
Recently employees
from HOP Energy and Automatic TLC teamed up with local volunteers to
participate in an AmeriCares HomeFront project. A designated home in
Hartford, Connecticut received much needed repairs and improvements
from the team of volunteers. Joining our crew that day was Norm
Abram from the PBS television program "The New Yankee Workshop" and
Richard Trethewey as seen on televisions "This Old House". Our crew
provided the equipment and the manpower to replace an ageing and
inefficient heating system and install a safe, clean and efficient
unit. Other members of our team helped install new kitchen fixtures,
paint the interior walls and repair the entry stairs-all in one day!
For 5 years HOP and
several of its local divisions have sponsored both the materials and
the people for this community based home repair day. Volunteers have
the opportunity to help those in our community that are physically
or financially unable to repair their homes. All of us look forward
to "rolling up our sleeves" each year for the annual HomeFront Day
as much as the homeowners do.
