This document sets forth the primary rules and conditions for using our services related to the sale and rental of real estate. By using our services, you agree to these terms. 1. Definitions 1.1. All prices are subject to any applicable sales tax or governmental surcharges. Customers are expected to order only the number of gallons that they reasonably expect to use during the 2025 heating season. Pricing subject to change daily or as supplies last.
